Challenge your palate to a flight of wines at the Bishop's Cellar blind tasting bar, enjoy award-winning Nova Scotia seafood and hear from special guest speaker, Tony Aspler, accomplished wine educator and Canada’s leading wine writer.
Tidal Bay wines pair so wonderfully with Nova Scotia seafood, and as such, we've really highlighted this in the event food choices.
Food stations include: Sober Island Oysters, locally sourced Lobster and Scallops, and a high-end Cheese-scape.
There will also be hot Hors d-oeuvres circulated by servers throughout the night.
Each winery will be pouring their 2014 Tidal Bay along with two other exciting new wines. See why Nova Scotia is blazing the appellation trail and unveil your senses with wine and food while overlooking Halifax Harbour.
